The 61.5km route is definitely for the more adventurous and experienced rider. There is a lot of jeep track. Ensure that your bicycle is well equipped. The circle route starts at the NG Church Grounds in De Rust. You will pass through the farms and Klein Karoo countryside. The best part is the full circle around the well-known Stompdriftdam, at the foot of the astonishing Kammanasie Mountain. Thereafter you will pass through the Kamanassie Blue Game Farm. Maybe Eland and Kudu are waiting for you under a huge tree. After an unforgettable adventure and three well-equipped water points, at the 18km, 29km and 40km marks, you are back in De Rust for a good rest.
